Responsibilities

Attended the top management committee periodic meetings and represented employees’ ideas and concerns.
Oversaw finance affairs and coordinated with the accountant to ensure that payroll processes are fair and on time.
Analyzed employees’ training needs by distributing questionnaires and analyzing data which led to making a list of training needs that matched employee’s position and goals and submit it to the management.
Designed, formulated, and executed administrative and HR forms that facilitated work process arranged employee’s affairs, and filed the papers to retrieve on demand.
Established and systemized employees records unit that has hard and soft copies of documents, which helped in organizing and documenting employees’ files and make them accessible when needed.
Developed and enhanced employment contracts for the new employees that prevented to have labor issues or legal litigations.
Analyzed and visualized staffs’ data into statistical charts and presented it to the supervisor to make proper decisions.
Managed hundreds of workers’ information by ERP system and Excel.
