Research Interests

Thin Solid Films technology, thin films deposition technology (plasma discharge, UHV, sputtering, ion plating…)
Adhesion of thin films and surface preparation of substrates
Physico-chemical analyses of materials (AES, XPS, SEM, ESCA, positron annihilation analysis)
Welding technology especially in Tungsten Inert Gas and Activated Tungsten Inert Gas processes (TIG and ATIG).
