Research Interests

  • - Study and development of electronic power supply for many applications and especially for high and low pressure discharge lamps. These lamps are used in lighting and industrial applications, mainly in the field of water treatment.
  • - Modelling of the electrical circuit and the discharge lamp by using MATLAB, FORTRAN and C.
  • - Use the Power electronics to supply lamps with low and high current frequency.
  • - Study of the effect of the discharge lamps intended for lighting on the electrical network (Harmonic problem)
  • - Use of the programmable circuits to study the effect of the form and the intensity of the current on the emitted radiation and then the effect on treated water (PIC, Memory, Conversion DC-AC, pulsed current...).
  • - Standards and Accreditation in High Education.
