Responsibilities

  • An active member in the college technical unit for solving technical issues in the college of Engineering , wadi ad dawaser. Coordinate with department faculty members to determine the software needed in labs for relevant courses. Make sure that all the labs are ready for use (software installation, resolving network issues). Conduct Seminars, and workshops for students, faculty, and employee to development of their technical skills. we are receiving and investigating whether any of the equipment or devices have issues or problems in software throughout the semester. we are providing department computer support relevant to their office or labs software and hardware issues.
