  • 2017: Master of applied science (MASc), University of Waterloo, Canada, Mechanical Engineering Department (Nanotechnology).

  • 2013: BASc, Prince Sattam Bin Abdullaziz University, Saudi Arabia, Mechanical Engineering.

  • 2021: PhD, University of Waterloo, Canada, Mechanical Engineering Department (Nanotechnology).

Research Interests

  • Development of functional nanomaterials for a variety of devices, including photovoltaic solar cells (Perovskite solar cells), Metal-oxide diodes, resistance switching memories. Materials of interest include nanostructured metal oxides. Particular emphasis is placed on: Developing scalable manufacturing processes for nanomaterials, including new atmospheric pressure spatial atomic layer deposition techniques.
