Academic Advising Committee 2. Quality Assurance and Development Committee 3. Student Activities and Media Committee 4. Community Service Committee: 5. English language club Responsibilities Assigned to Dr. Shouket Ahmad Tilwani 4. لجنة الارشاد الاكاديمي تختص اللجنة بإرشاد وتوجيه الطلبة في القسم فيما يخص المواد الدراسية والمهارات الضرورية ومتابعة الطلبة المتعثرين وإرشادهم أكاديميا ونفسيا. تشكيل اللجنة: د- شوكت احمد تلواني رئيسا د. أبوبكر سليمان عبدالماجد أمينا د. أختر حبيب شاه عضوا د. محمد جمشيد سكرتيرا مهام اللجنة: 1. الإشراف ومتابعة عمل المرشدين الأكاديميين فى القسم. 2. توزيع طلبة القسم إلى مجموعات وتحديد أسماء المرشدين الأكاديميين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس أو من فى حكمهم فى كل مجموعة ويكون ذلك فى بداية كل عام جامعى، وتقوم اللجنة بإعلام المرشدين الأكاديميين بأسماء الطلبة المخصصين لكل مجموعة. 3. مساعدة المرشدين الأكاديميين فى عملهم وتذليل ما قد يواجههم من مصاعب وذلك بالتنسيق مع وكيل الكلية. 4. استقبال ما يرفعه كل مرشد أكاديمى من تقارير دورية عن سير دراسة الطالب خلال السنة وكذلك ما قد يرفعه المرشد الأكاديمى من تقارير استثنائية عن حالات معينة مثل المعدلات المتدنية أو ضعف المستوى العام للطالب. 5. مناقشة مشاكل الطلاب التى قد تؤثر على مستوى تحصيلهم العلمى وإيجاد الحلول لها 6. النظر فى شكاوى الطلاب تجاه أى مقرر وإيجاد الحلول والرفع بذلك إلى وكيل الكلية 7. التوعية بأهمية الإرشاد الأكاديمى وأهمية التواصل مع المرشد الأكاديمى و ذلك بنشر كتيبات ومنشورات واستخدام موقع الكلية لهذا الغرض. 8. الإشراف على برامج توجيهية للطلاب المستجدين للتعريف بنظام الدراسة و الاختبارات فى الكلية. 9. الرفع بشكل دورى بتقرير يشتمل على أعمال اللجنة وكذلك تقريرا عن مستويات الطلاب إلى وحدة الارشاد الاكاديمي بالكلية. 2. لجنة الأنشطة الطلابية والاعلام تختص اللجنة بتنظيم الانشطة الطلابية المختلفة داخل القسم وحث الطلاب على المشاركة الفاعلة وفيما يختص بالشق الاعلامي فان اللجنة منوط بها الإشراف على عكس الصورة الطيبة للقسم من خلال التعريف بالأنشطة الأكاديمية والثقافية مع العمل على توثيقها ونشرها في وسائل الاعلام المتاحة وموقع الكلية . كما تعمل اللجنة على بث الرسائل المتعلقة بالمناسبات العامة والخاصة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب حسب ما تقتضيه الضرورة بغرض توصيل المعلومة بالسرعة المطلوبة. تشكيل اللجنة : د- وحيد التهامي رئيسا د. شوكت تلواني عضوا د- محمد سالم كيزهاتا عضوا أ.فهد عبدالله البرقان عضوا د. محمد زوول كريم سكرتيرا مهام اللجنة: 1. إيجاد أنشطة لا صفية تساعد في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للطالب . 2. اكتشاف المواهب والقدرات للطالب . 3. إيجاد أنشطة تساعد على قضاء الوقت والفراغ للطالب . 4. تحفيز الطلاب على المشاركة فى الانشطة والمسابقات التى تقام على مستوى الكلية والجامعة . 5. متابعة كل المناسبات الوطنية والاكاديمية و الثقافية والاجتماعية وتوثيقها وعكس ما ينتج عنها من توصيات لعرضها للجهات ذات الاختصاص . 6. تطبيق انظمة الاتصال والتواصل عبر الشبكات من خلال المجموعات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس أو الطلاب لتوصيل الرسائل الاعلامية المطلوبة بسرعة فائقة والعمل على رسم الخطط المستقبلية البديلة في حالة حدوث أي طارئ . 7. متابعة مستوى الاداء للعمل الاعلامي من خلال وسائل الاعلام المختلفة مع التركيز على ما يتعلق بالقسم من رسائل اعلامية والعمل على تحليلها والتصدى للرسائل الخاطئة و التي لها اثار سالبة على مسيرة الكلية او منسوبيها .مع وضع جداول زمنية لتنفيذ خططها خلال الفصل الدراسي 3. لجنة خدمة المجتمع: تختص اللجنة بتفعيل التواصل والعمل المشترك مع مؤسسات المجتمع. تشكيل اللجنة: د. أحمد المكروب رئيسا د- شوكت احمد تلواني أمينا د. صهيب عالم عالم سكرتيرا مهام اللجنة: 1. تنظيم البرامج والأنشطة الاجتماعية التى تخدم المجتمع . 2. التواصل مع الجمعيات والمؤسسات والمراكز الخيرية بهدف دعم ومساندة برامجهم وأنشطتهم داخل القسم . 3. توجيه بحوث أعضاء هيئة التدريس وبحوث التخرج نحو القضايا والمشكلات التي تهم منظمات المجتمع المدني . 4. تقديم الاستشارات المتخصصة للجمعيات والمؤسسات وفق الية متفق عليها بين القسم والجهة المعنية . 5. تحفيز الطلاب على المشاركة في أنشطة خدمة المجتمع . 6. تبادل الزيارات مع المؤسسات والهيئات والجمعيات. 4. لجنة ضمان الجودة والتطوير تختص اللجنة بالإشراف على نشاطات وأعمال الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي على مستوى القسم تشكيل اللجنة: د- محمد الياس ابراهيم رئيسا د- وحيد محمد أبو السعود التهامي أمينا د. شوكت أحمد تلواني عضوا د. أبوبكر سليمان عبدالماجد عضوا د. محمد عثمان غني عبدالجليل عضوا أ- طارق رشيد عبدالر شيد سكرتيرا مهام اللجنة: 1. رسم السياسات العامة للتطوير والجودة على مستوى القسم 2. نشر ثقافة الجودة في القسم ودعم الأنشطة المتعلقة بها 3. الإشراف على نشاطات التقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي القسم 4. متابعة مستوى الانضباط والجودة في القسم 5. العمل على التحسين المستمر للجودة بالقسم 6. ترشيح المتميزين من منسوبي القسم لجوائز التميز المختلفة 5. نادى اللغة الانجليزية يختص النادى بتنظيم الانشطة والفعاليات التى من شأنها تنمية مهارات اللغة لدى الطلاب. تشكيل اللجنة : د. صهيب عالم عالم رئيسا د. محمد سالم كيزهاتا أمينا د. محمد عثمان غني عضوا د. شوكت تيلواني عضوا أ. محمد القرعاوي سكرتيرا المهام: 1. مساعدة الطلاب لإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية على أحسن وجه ممكن . 2. خلق الجو الملائم للطلاب لتعلم اللغة الانجليزية كلغة أجنبية . 3. اعطاء الطلاب فرصة واقعية وعملية في استخدام اللغة الإنجليزية . 4. تذليل الصعوبات والمخاوف من تعلم اللغة الانجليزية . 5. زرع حب التعلم واستغلال أوقات الفراغ لدى الطلاب . 6. جعل اللغة الانجليزية جزء من الحياة اليومية وتسهيل تطبيقها يوميا . 7. مساعدة الطلاب في تعلم اللغة الانجليزية بعيدا عن الأساليب التقليدية والمخططات النظرية . 8. دفع الطلاب الى نطق استخدام اللغة على نطاق متسع. 14 . وحدة المساعدة
