  • Year 2009 Habilitation Thesis in Mechanical Engineering: Optimisation in Mechanical Design, Carthage University, Tunisia. . Year 2002 PhD. Thesis in Mechanical Engineering: Vibration in Mechanical Design, Joint supervision between the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis and the Applied Mechanics Laboratory - Franche Comte University, France. Year 1995 Master Science degree in the Materials of Applied Mechanics, Tunis El Manar University, Tunisia. Year 1992 Bachelor degree in sciences and technologies, Mechanical Design, School of Science and Technologies of Tunis.

Research Interests

  • My research interests in Robust Mechanical Design focus on modeling, simulation, model reduction, and multi-objective optimization of complex mechanisms. Also, I have a special interest in dynamic nonlinear systems, perovskite materials, and metrology.
  • The following is a list of current research areas: robust mechanical design, mechanical vibrations, modeling, simulation and reduction model Finite Element Method in mechanical design, pumping energy, vibration energy harvesting systems, and multi-objective optimization. Reference data generation-Data fusion - Robust reference- Complex freeform surfaces.
